Dispatch Engineer

We are seeking a *Dispatch Engineer* to join our technical support team. The Dispatch Engineer will be responsible for providing both remote and on-site IT support services, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and networking issues. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, the ability to travel on short notice, and excellent communication to interact with clients and internal teams effectively.

*Key Responsibilities:*

* Respond to support tickets and service requests in a timely manner.
* Travel to client locations to diagnose and resolve IT issues.
* Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network problems.
* Install, configure, and maintain desktop systems, servers, routers, switches, and printers.
* Support and resolve issues related to Wi-Fi, LAN, WAN connectivity.
* Perform software installations, system upgrades, and patch management.
* Maintain accurate documentation of service activities and resolutions.
* Provide clear technical guidance to clients, both verbally and in writing.
* Work closely with remote support teams to ensure issue resolution within defined SLAs.
* Assist in preventive maintenance and routine system health checks.
* Keep up with emerging technologies and support tools.

*Requirements:*

* Minimum 3-5 years of experience in IT support, helpdesk, or field engineering roles.
* Strong knowledge of Windows, MacOS, and/or Linux operating systems.
* Familiar with IT infrastructure: networks, servers, and end-user devices.
* Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
* Ability to work independently and under pressure in fast-paced environments.
* Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
* Willingness to travel locally for client site visits.
* Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with clients professionally.

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: 400.00₪ - 420.00₪ per day
