Manager training

Redel's Demo Account is seeking a skilled Manager Training professional to lead the development and implementation of training programs for our management team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in designing effective training strategies and improving managerial skills across the organization.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in managerial training or a similar role.
Proven track record of developing successful training programs.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong analytical skills to assess training needs and program effectiveness.
Experience with e-learning platforms and virtual training tools.
Ability to work collaboratively across departments.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for management staff.
Assess training needs through surveys, interviews, and consultations with managers.
Collaborate with department heads to identify skill gaps and recommend solutions.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, adjusting as necessary.
Facilitate workshops and training sessions, both in-person and virtually.
Ensure training materials are up-to-date and relevant to industry standards.
