As an IT Administrator, you will:

Provide comprehensive technical support to end-users and manage core systems and networks.
Manage onboarding and offboarding processes for employees, ensuring smooth transitions and compliance with IT guidelines.
Oversee day-to-day IT operations, from hardware setups to account troubleshooting, ensuring exceptional client-side support.
Possess hands-on experience across various IT domains, including Mac and PC hardware, software applications, and OS support, encompassing installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.

Requirements:

To be successful as an IT Administrator at Tufin, you should have:

A minimum of 3 years' experience in HelpDesk or IT Support roles.
Mandatory 1-year experience in managing Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (Intune).
Practical expertise in Microsoft technologies and Office 365 services administration.
Proficiency in client OS administration and management (Windows 10/11, Mac).
At least 1 years' experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, OUs, accounts, and groups.
Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
Familiarity with hardware components (Desktops, Laptops).
Practical experience with JAMF Pro - Advantage.
Scripting capabilities - Advantage.
Service-oriented with strong customer-facing verbal communication skills.
A desire to learn and grow alongside the team as our needs and mission evolve is essential.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
