Role Overview
This is not a traditional “marketing ops” role focused only on dashboards and automation.
This is a highly operational, execution-heavy, cross-functional role designed for someone who thrives in fast-moving startup environments and knows how to turn complexity into organized execution.
You will own the operational side of our global marketing initiatives, conferences, sponsorships, partnerships, side events, launches, and GTM coordination.
You will work directly with the VP Marketing and collaborate daily with leadership, SDRs, sales, product marketing, design, external vendors, conference organizers, and strategic partners.
You will be responsible for making sure things happen smoothly, on time, at high quality, and at scale.
This role sits at the center of marketing execution and operational excellence at Addressable.
What You’ll Own
Global Conferences & Event Operations
* Own end-to-end operational execution for conferences, sponsorships, and industry events globally
* Manage booth production, logistics, timelines, vendor coordination, shipping, setup, swag, screens, assets, branding, and on-site readiness
* Coordinate sponsorship deliverables, attendee lists, organizer communications, speaking opportunities, branding assets, and operational deadlines
* Build detailed operational timelines and execution plans for every event
* Ensure cross-functional alignment between marketing, SDRs, AEs, executives, and leadership before, during, and after events
* Support executive logistics and event-related travel coordination when needed
* Manage lead capture workflows, post-event follow-ups, CRM hygiene, attribution, and reporting processes
* Create scalable conference playbooks and operational frameworks
Side Events, Activations & Executive Experiences
* Organize dinners, meetups, side events, networking activations, VIP experiences, and partner collaborations
* Coordinate venues, production, invitations, guest lists, partnerships, timelines, logistics, vendors, and attendee experience
* Identify opportunities to maximize visibility, pipeline generation, and strategic positioning during major industry events
* Ensure operational excellence across all event touchpoints
Partnerships & GTM Operations
* Support operational execution across strategic partnerships and co-marketing initiatives
* Maintain ongoing communication with partners and proactively identify collaboration opportunities
* Coordinate joint campaigns, launches, webinars, activations, announcements, and partner deliverables
* Help maximize output and ROI from strategic partnerships
* Support GTM coordination across marketing and sales initiatives
Marketing Operations & Execution
* Support operational execution across campaigns, webinars, launches, landing pages, email marketing, and cross-functional initiatives
* Coordinate marketing timelines, deliverables, stakeholders, approvals, and execution workflows
* Support CRM operations, marketing automations, attribution workflows, and campaign execution when needed
* Help improve internal processes, documentation, operational visibility, and execution efficiency
* Track budgets, invoices, vendors, operational spending, and marketing procurement workflows
* Build scalable systems and processes that improve execution quality as the company grows
Requirements:
Requirements & Qualifications
* 2+ years of experience in marketing operations, event operations, partnerships, GTM operations, project management, or related operational roles
* Experience working in high-growth B2B technology companies, startups, SaaS, Web3, cybersecurity, fintech, or fast-paced environments
* Strong operational and project management capabilities
* Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
* Ability to manage many moving pieces simultaneously under tight timelines
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Comfortable working cross-functionally with executives and multiple teams
* Highly proactive, resourceful, and execution-oriented
* Strong ownership mentality and ability to operate independently
* Experience managing vendors, agencies, logistics, and external partners
* Familiarity with CRM and marketing tools
* Comfortable working in dynamic startup environments with changing priorities
