We’re looking for a hands-on IT & Technical Support Specialist to join our team in Tel Aviv.
This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys solving problems, working across different IT environments, and being the go-to person when something needs to work — quickly, smoothly, and securely.
You’ll support our employees and IT environment across Microsoft 365, end-user devices, networking, security tools, and infrastructure, while working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
What you’ll do

Provide day-to-day Help Desk and technical support to employees.
Install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain end-user workstations.
Manage and support the company’s Microsoft 365 environment, including:
Microsoft Entra ID
OneDrive & SharePoint
Microsoft 365 Admin Center
Outlook / Exchange Admin
Intune
Microsoft Defender
Microsoft Purview
Microsoft Security Center and Mail & Collaboration
Support Google Workspace tools, including Gmail and Google Drive.
Troubleshoot network and connectivity issues.
Maintain switches, perform firmware upgrades, activate network ports, and support network infrastructure.
Perform basic PC hardware troubleshooting and maintenance.
Support additional IT, infrastructure, and information security systems.

Requirements:

What we’re looking for

At least 1 year of hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Entra ID.
Strong technical troubleshooting skills.
Practical knowledge of networking and IT infrastructure.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks at the same time.
A proactive, resourceful, and service-oriented approach.
Strong self-learning skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
Fluent spoken English – mandatory, with good written English.

Nice to have

Experience with UniFi.
Familiarity with Check Point 9200.
Experience with CCTV and access control systems.
Experience with Windows Server 2022 or later.
System administration experience.
Experience with Linux servers.
Familiarity with accounting software such as Hashavshevet, Hashavit, or Kol Naton.
