The company is headquartered in the heart of Tel Aviv.We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Associate to join our growing recruitment team.In this role, you'll take a meaningful part of the hiring process, source for new candidates, and ensure all candidates have an excellent experience.ResponsibilitiesMaintain daily interaction with candidates for Moon Active’s positionsConduct in-depth phone & Zoom interviews with candidatesAbility to handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting targetsDaily interaction with Hiring Managers & Talent Acquisition team to ensure a smooth process.Be responsible for screening resumes and managing our database.Engage passive candidates using different channels and tools.Proactive approach, initiative and patience while working under pressureRequirementsPassion for recruitmentBSc in Behavioral Sciences or equivalentExcellent verbal and written communication skills in Hebrew and EnglishProactive approach, initiative and patience while working under pressure1-2 years of experience in recruitment - Advantage
