We are seeking a talented Professional Service Engineer, to be part of the Warning Solutions Global Operations team responsible for integration, installation, delivery and 2nd level support.
Your tasks
Technical support on presale phase
Hardware and sizing preparation, delivery and installation
Lead the Software installation and configurations and execute the ATP
Be part of the escalation team on advanced technical problems on HW/SW and infrastructure case
Implement local scripts and workarounds when needed (Unix scripts, SQL procedures, IP NW issues)
Execute the periodic upgrades of the platform
L1, L2 Training and setting Acceptance Procedure on System Handover
Responsive in resolving technical issues and consistent in ensuring technical deliverables
Your profile
At least 5 years of proven experience
Strong background and knowledge in LINUX based OS as well as Experience in Scripts writing (Perl, Bash/ksh)
Good knowledge in networking (TCP/IP, X25, Network protocols, firewall, VPN, Cisco devices) and in DB and SQL
Working experience in the telecom industry and Dockers and Kubernetes knowledge are an advantage
Excellent English; verbal, written & spoken
Availability on 24 * 7 basis – if needed
