HW GM Student

We're looking for a highly motivated HW GM Student to join our company.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead analytical tasks, optimization projects, and execute E2E with the sourcing teams.

Create tools, reports, and dashboards, for better management.

Proactively seek for opportunities to reduce costs and optimize our value chain

Propose and develop new analytical solutions or automations to improve analysis efficiency and reduce manual effort.

Re-think and implement automations on current processes within the sourcing team.

Support data analysis, specifically in the costs field.

What will you be doing?

Work with programmers, engineers, and management to identify process improvement opportunities, propose system modifications, and form data governance strategies

Prepare reports stating trends, patterns, and predictions using relevant data

Develop and maintain databases, and data systems – reorganize data in a readable format

Use statistical tools to identify, analyze, and interpret patterns and trends in complex data sets

Assign numerical value to essential business functions so that business performance can be assessed and compared over periods

Skills:

3rd year student of Industrial Engineering / Informational system engineering

Strong analytical capabilities - Data Cleaning and Preparation, Data Analysis and Exploration, Statistical Analysis

Teamwork, can-do approach, and creative problem-solving skills

Presentations skills

Creating Dashboards and Reports

Familiar with Excel and Tableau

Business orientation and critical thinking

Programming - Knowledge of programming languages, especially: Python or another powerful language for statistical analysis and data visualization - a plus

Excellent proficiency in English – verbal & written

Availability of 3 days a week
