FMM Lead Israel (TLV Google FMM)

About this opportunity:

Ericsson is inviting applications for the position of Fully Managed Metro Lead, a role central to our operational excellence. In this role, your core responsibilities will revolve around the coordination, management, and implementation of on-site operations intended to achieve seamless services for our customers. Working as a local function, you will engage primarily within the Operations functions, while also collaborating with other departments. Your actions will ensure that our services are always performing to the highest standards in accordance with our Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Compliance with Project OHS requirements is mandatory throughout this process.

What you will do:

- Carry out corrective maintenance actions with quality insurance standards.

- Conduct visual inspections of the work area to identify potential safety concerns.

- Execute site-specific "Risk Assessments" and ensure proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

- Manage site facilities and report any issues that could potentially harm personal health and safety.

- Supervise third-party on-site activities, ensuring stringent safety standards.

- Coordinate and manage preventive maintenance schedules – ensure the right process are fulfilled.

- Handle physical site access management, enforcing security instructions, and escalating any site security incidents.

- Undertake safety audits related to Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) protocols, including adherence to our MS OHS framework.

- Customer interaction to secure high satisfaction and meet the SLA
