Operations & Execution Lead

Getruck is building an AI-native logistics platform for complex, mission-critical operations. As we grow, we’re looking for an Operations & Execution Lead to help shape how the company plans, executes, delivers, and scales.

This is a hands-on, high-impact role for someone who can turn company priorities into clear plans, ownership, operating routines, and measurable progress. You’ll work closely with the leadership team and across R&D, Product, Customer Success, Operations, QA, and DevOps — initially with a strong focus on delivery and cross-functional execution, and over time with broader influence on how the company operates.

This role is about improving the systems behind how the company operates and executes — creating the clarity, structure, and operating mechanisms that enable teams to move faster and deliver reliably.

• Own Getruck’s cross-functional operating rhythm — priorities, owners, milestones, dependencies, visibility, decisions, and follow-through.

• Lead and continuously improve the company’s delivery cadence, including planning and prioritization, milestone tracking, release planning and readiness, and cross-team dependencies.

• Translate company priorities and leadership decisions into clear execution plans, ownership, and measurable progress.

• Design and improve practical processes that strengthen planning, communication, accountability, and execution without adding unnecessary bureaucracy.

• Drive cross-functional and strategic initiatives from decision through implementation and adoption.

• Give leadership clear visibility into progress, risks, blockers, customer commitments, key trade-offs, and open decisions.

• Identify recurring execution gaps, unclear ownership, and weak handoffs — and build practical solutions that improve how the company works.

• Help evolve Getruck’s operating model as we grow, including planning cycles, leadership cadence, decision tracking, cross-functional handoffs, and performance visibility.

• Proven experience in operations, R&D operations, technical program management, delivery/program management, business operations, or a similar execution-focused role in a technology company.

• Strong understanding of how software products are planned, built, released, and delivered.

• Proven ability to turn ambiguous priorities into clear plans, ownership, operating routines, and follow-through.

• Experience improving processes and operating mechanisms — not only managing existing ones.

• Ability to move comfortably between company-level priorities and detailed day-to-day execution.

• Strong business and operational judgment, including an understanding of how execution decisions affect customers, commitments, capacity, quality, cost, and risk.

• Excellent communication and the ability to influence, challenge, align, and move people forward effectively.

• High ownership, analytical thinking, and comfort operating in a fast-moving technology environment.

• Experience building operating or delivery processes in a growing technology company.

• Experience working beyond R&D with Customer Success, implementation, business operations, finance, people, or commercial teams.

• Experience creating dashboards, KPI frameworks, execution reports, or management visibility mechanisms.

• Background in SaaS, logistics, AI, enterprise software, or complex B2B operations.
