Founding Operations Lead

We’re an early-stage cybersecurity startup building a new control layer for how software is created and executed. We’re a small, experienced team working closely with enterprise customers and moving fast from product to commercial adoption.

We’re looking for a sharp, resourceful operator who can take a loosely defined challenge, figure out what needs to happen, and own it through to completion.

Working closely with the founders, especially the CEO, you’ll help turn company priorities into action across customers, GTM and marketing, and company operations. You’ll have broad ownership and the trust to run with things independently.

We’re highly data-driven, from company performance and customer insights to value creation, and we expect this role to help turn data into clear insights, priorities and decisions.

• Help drive key company priorities from idea to execution, keeping owners, decisions and next steps clear
• Keep customer engagements, POVs and Customer Success activities moving, including coordination, CRM, follow-ups and customer insights
• Execute GTM and marketing activities such as conferences, customer meetings, executive dinners, materials and external partners
• Turn data and context into clear updates, presentations and materials for customers, partners and internal discussions
• Run and improve company operations, while spotting gaps and using AI and automation to help us work faster and better

• Previous experience in a hands-on Operations, Business Operations or Chief of Staff-type role, ideally in an early-stage startup, with a track record of building from 0 to 1 and getting things done
• High ownership, strong judgment and the maturity to operate independently in ambiguity
• Excellent organization and follow-through, with the ability to manage many things in parallel
• Resourcefulness and the ability to learn new areas quickly without needing a detailed brief
• Strong analytical thinking and comfort working with data to support decisions
• Confidence working with customers, senior executives, founders and external partners
• Strong English, comfort with technology, and a hands-on approach to AI and automation
• Familiarity with cybersecurity concepts is a strong advantage. Deep technical experience is not required
