What Are We Looking For?

An exciting opportunity for an IT professional eager to grow and expand their expertise. We’re looking for an IT Specialist with experience in software and systems management to join our global team of SuperHyros. You’ll be part of a dynamic, collaborative environment where curiosity, ownership, and a proactive mindset are valued.

You’ll play a key role in keeping our IT infrastructure reliable, secure, and scalable - supporting teams across Tel Aviv, New York, and beyond.

Requirements:

2–3 years of experience in IT operations, system administration,software management.
Professional level of English and Hebrew (both required).
Proven experience with IDP systems and MDM (e.g., JumpCloud, Okta, etc.).
Proficient in both MacOS and PC environments (MUST).
Previous experience in a startup or global environment is a plus.
Experience administering Google Workspace and Office 365.
Vast understanding of SSO configurations and SAML and federation setups.
Strong eagerness to learn new technologies and grow into expanded responsibilities.
Service-oriented mindset and team collaboration skills.
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to balance independence and collaboration.
Strong organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities:

Provide day-to-day employee support for IT needs, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and access issues.
Maintain the physical IT infrastructure of the Tel Aviv and US offices, including Wi-Fi, multimedia systems, workstations, and meeting room technology.
Implement security guidelines provided by the CIO, ensuring policies are followed across systems and devices.
Manage the onboarding and offboarding of employees globally (US and IL), handling the full IT lifecycle.
Identify opportunities to improve processes and recommend new technologies. (For example Improve MTTR and SLA by implementing a ticketing system to track and resolve IT issues and requests or Automate integrations between the HRIS and MDM to support seamless onboarding processes.)
Take ownership of projects while staying open to feedback and continuous learning.
