Role Overview:

This is an amazing opportunity to join a fast growing startup and the best People team!! As our People Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for a variety of HR operations including people systems and data, and support the team with culture and engagement initiatives, be a true partner to all of the HR functions and the business, as well as marketing and other departments as needed.

In your day to day you will make sure data is accurate on our HR Systems and vendors and help with any administrative and operational work for our business needs, such as preparing for conferences locally and abroad, ordering supplies, supporting fun events and whatever is needed.

Requirements:

What are we looking for:

Minimum of 1 year of experience in HR Operations/ Wellness / Admin roles
Bachelor's degree
Strong experience in data management, systems, Office / Gsuit experience (Sheets, docs, calendar etc)
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Task-oriented with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent prioritization, time-management, organizational, and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
Positive, energetic and can do attitude
