IT DEX Technical Specialist

We are seeking a highly technical DEX Specialist to proactively monitor, analyze, and resolve IT issues using DEX tools. The ideal candidate will leverage advanced technical skills to optimize the digital employee experience, conduct root cause analysis, and develop custom SQL-based dashboards. This is a hybrid role, the offices are located near Rehovot. Key Responsibilities: Monitor and analyze digital employee experience using DEX tools to preemptively address issues. Perform root cause analysis for complex IT problems across multiple domains. Design and maintain custom SQL dashboards and automated alerting systems. Collaborate with IT teams to implement preventative measures and optimize system performance. Report on system health metrics and provide actionable insights to stakeholders. Technical Skills: Expertise in DEX tools or similar platforms. Advanced SQL scripting for dashboard development (required). In-depth knowledge of Windows OS, Active Directory, and networking. Experience with virtualization (VDI), cloud platforms (Azure, AWS), and PowerShell scripting. Proficiency in system performance monitoring and analysis. Soft Skills & Qualifications: 5+ years of IT operations experience in large enterprises (required). Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills. Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Proactive mindset with experience in fast-paced, high-priority environments.
