Supply Chain Director

Eitan Medical is a fast-growing global medical device company, developing and manufacturing innovative infusion solutions across the continuum of care- from the hospital to the home. We are looking for an excellent Supply Chain Director to join our team.

Responsibilities:

· Lead Team members: The supply chain Director leads the company’s Planning, Warehouse, Procurement, Logistics and Distribution teams.

· Inventory Optimization: Align inventory levels to support a rolling 3-MOH target while minimizing costs and ensuring readiness for demand fluctuations. Balance operational stock with sales-driven forecasts to avoid overproduction and overstocking.

· Production Planning: Develop and maintain robust production plans to synchronize capacity with demand, ensuring alignment between board-approved and sales plans. Regularly evaluate production flexibility to address forecast changes.

· Material Procurement and Vendor Management: Secure long-lead raw materials aligned with sales forecasts and manage short-lead items dynamically. Establish ongoing vendor negotiations to drive cost reductions and ensure supply resilience.

· Logistics and Distribution: Optimize freight and distribution strategies to reduce costs (e.g., air freight dependence) and ensure on-time delivery across global regions.

· Data-Driven Decision Making: Implement and enhance data visibility tools to provide real-time insights across supply chain operations, improving planning accuracy and reducing surprises.

· Risk Management: Develop second-source strategies for critical components (e.g., sets) and mitigate risks associated with recalls, inventory gaps, or supply chain disruptions.

· Continuous Improvement: Lead initiatives in inventory lean practices, freight standardization, and optimization of Procurement, Distribution and supply chain activities to enhance operational efficiency and gross margin performance.

· Team Development: Build and strengthen a high-performing supply chain team by fostering cross-functional collaboration, improving skills, and enhancing accountability.

· Collaboration: Work closely with internal partners, including Sales, Marketing, QA, and Engineering, as well as external CMOs and suppliers, to ensure alignment on forecasts, streamline operations, maintain quality standards, and meet delivery commitments efficiently.

Requirements:

· At least 10 years of experience in Supply Chain roles, with demonstrated expertise in inventory management, production planning, and logistics optimization.

· At least 5 years of experience leading and managing high-performing teams in Supply Chain, with a proven track record of building collaborative cross-functional relationships.

· APICS, CSCMP, ISM, SCOR, ERP certification/s are a plus

· Bachelor's and Master's Degrees in Business, MBA, Industrial Engineering, Business/Administration or Supply Chain Management are a must

· Medical Device and/or Pharma experience is highly desired

Desired skills:

· Proven ability to manage multi-tiered sourcing strategies and collaborate with third-party manufacturers.

· Expertise in inventory and production planning models to maintain alignment with variable forecasts.

· Deep understanding of logistics optimization, including cost-effective distribution and freight planning.

· Strong leadership in data integration tools for supply chain visibility and decision-making.

· Good communication and interpersonal skills
