About the role

We are looking for an excellent Director of Supply Chain and Production to join our team in Israel.

The position is permanent, full time, hybrid.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement supply chain and production strategies aligned with company goals and regulatory requirements.
• Manage procurement of materials, components, and services—ensuring availability, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
• Drive warehouse material management to ensure accuracy of stock and seamless supply to production
• Drive production processes continues improvements and address any barrier to seamless production – short and long terms.
• Build and maintain strategic supplier relationships, including contract negotiations and performance management.
• Oversee demand planning, forecasting, and supply planning processes to ensure on-time delivery and service level targets.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance department’s resilience, agility, and efficiency, driving cost reduction to support COGS long term goals.
• Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team including Production, planning, purchasing, warehouse, and logistics.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Regulatory, and Commercial teams to support operational readiness, product launches, and strategic projects.
• Drive cultural and process transformation through data-driven decision making, lean tools, and structured problem-solving

Direct Manager: VP Operation

Job Requirements:

• Education: Sc. in Industrial Engineering - a must, MBA – an advantage
• Job skills:
• 5-7 years of management experience in purchasing, planning and material management in international operation - a must
• Expirience with mass production floor
• Proven leadership skills in building and managing teams
• Ability to communicate with C level Executive, understand business needs
• Ability to plan and execute complex projects related changes and to adopt implement systems
• Ability to lead projects
• Computer skills:
• Full control in ERP – SAP Business 1 – an advantage
• Proficient in all the tools of office
• Language skills: Fluent English (written and verbal)
• Personality:
• Excellent interpersonal relationships; Must be a strategic thinker with confidence and speed in execution; Excellent analytical and negotiation skills are required
