The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Director, reporting to the VP Operations, to lead our end-to-end supply chain activities and team.

This role requires a hands-on, resourceful leader who can navigate a dynamic environment, solve problems creatively, and translate business needs into effective execution.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the Supply Chain organization, including Procurement, Planning, Inventory Management, Logistics, and Supplier Management.
• Lead, develop, and empower the supply chain team, driving accountability, collaboration, and strong execution.
• Ensure material availability and effective planning while optimizing inventory, costs, and service levels.
• Proactively manage supply challenges and risks, developing practical and creative solutions in a changing environment.
• Build strong supplier relationships and drive improvements in cost, quality, delivery, and reliability.
• Partner closely with Operations, Engineering, Quality, and Finance to support production and business priorities.
• Drive continuous improvement using data and performance indicators to improve supply chain performance.

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
• Proven leadership experience in supply chain within a manufacturing environment.
• Broad experience across procurement, planning, inventory management, logistics, and supplier management.
• Strong people leadership skills, with experience building, developing, and leading teams.
• A hands-on, resourceful approach, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
• Strong analytical and business skills, with a track record of improving cost, inventory, service levels, and operational performance.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across functions.
• Experience in metal manufacturing, industrial products, or a complex manufacturing environment is a strong advantage.
