*As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will:*

* Lead proactive sourcing activities for technology-oriented roles
* Analyze hiring needs and translate them into precise sourcing profiles
* Manage full-cycle recruitment
* Identify, approach and engage passive candidates through personalized outreach campaigns
* Build sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, GitHub, internal databases and creative market mapping
* Build and maintain long-term talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-hire roles
* Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to continuously improve sourcing quality
* Track sourcing metrics and optimize funnel performance

*If you have:*

* 3+ years of experience in talent sourcing or recruiting within high-tech environments
* Strong understanding of technology-driven roles and profiles
* Proven experience using LinkedIn and other sourcing tools
* Experience supporting early hiring stages, including candidate screening, interviews and evaluation processes
* Excellent communication and candidate engagement skills
* High level of English (verbal and written)
* Strong organizational and analytical skills
* Can-do approach with a proactive and positive mindset
* Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
