QA Engineer

Upstream is looking for a talented QA Engineer to join our Engineering team and help build the company’s cloud cybersecurity solution for the automotive industry.

This role is full-time and is Herzliya Israel based.

Requirements:

3+ years experience as a QA Engineer
Proven experience with client-server API testing
Proven experience in functional, regression, and integration testing
Ability to write clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans
Ability to research and resolve technical issues
Experience with agile methodologies
Highly organized and able to consistently deliver excellent quality on a timely manner
Excellent English communication capabilities (verbal and writing)
Experience with automation testing tools such as Selenium, Playwright or any similar tool
Experience with SQL and relational databases - an advantage
Practical knowledge of application security and vulnerabilities - an advantage

Responsibilities:

Design, plan, and develop test cases leveraging deep understanding of the business and technical requirements of Upstream's platform and solutions
Continuously collaborate with our engineering teams to identify and resolve problems found during testing
Partner with product management teams, architects, deployment engineers and software engineers
Maintain high execution standards while aligning with project objectives and consistently delivering exceptional quality
