We are seeking a User Acquisition Manager to join our Tel Aviv team. In this role, you will manage user acquisition strategies, large-scale digital campaigns, and drive performance across display and social media platforms.

As a User Acquisition Manager at ryze, you will:

Develop and execute data-driven user acquisition campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, Linkedin, and other major platforms.
Optimize performance by analyzing key metrics and implementing strategies for continuous improvement.
Design and manage A/B and multivariate tests to enhance campaign efficiency and maximize results.
Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, analytics, and product teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
Monitor and manage budget allocation to ensure cost efficiency while meeting revenue targets.
Stay ahead of industry trends, identifying and leveraging new opportunities for growth.
Build and maintain relationships with external platform contacts (POCs) to stay informed and optimize campaigns.
Requirements:
Hands on experience 2+ years of experience in user acquisition or performance marketing, with a proven track record in global, high-budget campaigns.
Expertise in digital marketing platforms—Meta(Must!), Google Ads, TikTok,Linkedin-advanage.
Analytical mindset with experience using tools like Pivot table,looker studio, Google Analytics, or other attribution platforms.
Strategic thinker who can balance big-picture goals with detail-oriented execution.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple projects.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
High-level English proficiency (written and spoken).
