Product Manager

We are looking for a staller Product Manager with an extensive inbound and outbound experience.

Smart, technical, fast-thinker and a real team player.

As a product manager, you will drive an innovative product, collect requirements, define product capabilities, write user stories and build wireframes and orchestrate product launch to meet both DoControl vision and enterprise-grade quality standards. Additionally, you will explore new technologies, domains, concepts and validate them methodically with customers, partners and analysts.

You will work in a dynamic, agile environment with highly talented team members, and high-end global customers and partners.

Requirements:

Professional Requirements

3+ years of experience in product management / equivalent IDF technological unit experience
Experience working in the cybersecurity space - MUST
Experience with defining and launching software product releases and execution
Experience working with R&D and architecture teams
Experience in building B2B products for large enterprise’s IT/SecOps/SOC departments
Experience with competitive analysis, market research and product ideation
Experience in customer facing activities as pre-sales, product marketing or sales
Experience with agile development environment & software development - advantage
Technical degree and MBA – advantage

Personal Requirements

Team player with great interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to excel in a cross-functional team
Execution driver, ability to work independently and manage multi-tasks
Developed user and customer oriented perspective
Ability to learn and adapt to dynamic market changes
Extensive experience in presenting in front of both technical and non-technical audience
Highly fluent in English

Role and responsibilities:

Organize customers feedback, feature requests, and product backlog
Defining metrics and analyzing data on usage and business performance
Define and communicate the product roadmap with engineering, customers, and prospects
Collaborate with UX designer and technical writer to develop use cases and user flows
Draft and present product requirement documents to leadership
Research new product features and user experiences based on industry best practices, partnership opportunities, and market gaps
Prioritize features implementation based on customer needs and business strategy
