Platform Program Manager

As a Platform Program Manager, you will oversee large, cross-functional programs that have a direct impact on Payoneer's long-term business success. Your focus will be on program ownership, strategic alignment, and process governance across multiple teams and domains.

Additionally, analytical skills are critical for identifying trends, assessing risks, and leveraging data-driven insights to inform strategic decision-making, anticipate challenges, and proactively solve problems before they impact program success.

What you'll be spending your time on:

This role provides a unique opportunity to collaborate with cross-departmental stakeholders, enhance transparency, and optimize delivery processes while working within the domain teams in our ongoing effort to achieve execution excellence As such, this role will focus on:
Program Ownership: Lead end-to-end execution of strategic programs that span multiple teams and domains.
Stakeholder Alignment: Ensure cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Compliance, GTM, et) are aligned and working toward shared objectives.
Risk & Dependency Management: Identify and mitigate cross-domain risks, constraints, and dependencies to prevent execution bottlenecks.
Process & Governance: Establish governance structures, reporting mechanisms, and tracking frameworks to ensure visibility, accountability, and execution excellence.
Strategic Impact: Drive measurable outcomes, ensuring that programs contribute meaningfully to business growth and product scalability.

Have you done this kind of stuff?

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, technology, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience managing cross-functional programs or large-scale projects within complex, global software environments.
Strong understanding of technical and business processes, with the ability to bridge the gaps between diverse stakeholders.
Demonstrated expertise in stakeholder management, with exceptional communication and influencing skills.
Proven track record of prioritizing and delivering high-impact initiatives aligned with company goals.
Experience in software development life cycles, Agile methodologies and product management frameworks is a strong advantage
