We are seeking a highly skilled and data-driven Data Analyst to join our R&D data group and play an extremely important role as your insights and findings will be crucial for our growth and success

What Will you be doing:

Work closely with managers to define research goals
Analyze and process big amounts of data and use it to give actionable insights.
Preparing final analysis reports for the stakeholders to understand the data-analysis steps, enabling them to take important decisions based on various facts and trends.
Develop and integrate data analysis method and know how across the company internal divisions
Create, and maintenance customized dashboards for monitoring and process management purposes
Educate and training for all data analyst across the company

Requirements:

Love data and numbers!
Industrial and management or Computer Science engineer or similar
2+ years of experience as a Business/Product/Data Analyst or a similar role
Advanced proficiency level of SQL and Hands-on experience in using BI/Analytics tools
Experience using Python for advanced data analysis with large datasets.
Exceptional analytical skills, problem-solving skills, critical thinking skills, detail-oriented, creative, resourceful, and a quick learner.
Advanced level of English – must
Experience in working with product, development and data teams – an advantage
Experience in statistics – an advantage
