Professional Services Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Engineer to join our PS (Professional Services) team. In this role, you will be responsible for:

Responsibilities:

Execute and deliver engineering projects within the Professional Services team, ensuring timely completion and high-quality standards.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including but not limited to Sales, Product Management, and Customer Support, to understand project requirements and deliver optimal solutions.

Engage with clients to gather project specifications, provide technical support, and ensure client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Troubleshoot technical issues, propose effective solutions, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Create comprehensive documentation for projects, ensuring that all relevant information is recorded and accessible to team members.

Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance checks on deliverables to meet the highest standards.
