Director of IT & Security

With our main offices located in Tel Aviv and our workforce spread across various centers worldwide, we are leaders in our category of personalized, on-demand, classic, and fashionable jewelry.We are currently seeking a skilled and dynamic Director of IT & Security to lead our IT department, managing on-prem and cloud infrastructure of the company.In this role, you will oversee data strategy, collaborate with business units to drive data-driven decisions, manage data products, and integrate them into our websites and software.You will shape the future of data and analytics within the company, driving innovation and operational excellence through advanced data tools and insights.Requirements:10+ years’ experience as a system administrator/equivalent10+ years’ experience managing an IT department and teamsExperience Planning and managing physical IT & Security infrastructureExperience managing medium to large scale windows-based infrastructure across multiple locationsExperience with Macs and their relevant management systems (e.g. Jamf)Familiarity with Web & DB servers, mainly Windows basedFamiliarity with Kubernetes and DevOps - an advantageFamiliar with industrial workflows – an advantageExperience in managing remote teamsStrong managerial skills both with employees, peers and management levelExperience with Procurement processes in medium-large scalesProven skills of IT suppliers/Vendors managementExperience with AWS cost optimizationsResponsibilities:Oversee IT operations and supervise systems and IT staff both on-premises and cloudMaintain and preserve a 24/7 production environmentPlan and manage the company's physical infrastructure and network designDevelop, manage, and track the IT department's annual budget including infrastructure, Software & Hardware in cloud and various geographical locationsCreate and maintain processes and standards for selection, implementation, and support of systemsLead the company Cyber security, operational and projects wiseOversee the company's cybersecurity strategy, operations, and project executionDivision:Technology
