Position Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and highly motivated individual to join floLIVE’s Marketing team as a Marketing Automation Specialist. In this pivotal role, you will drive marketing initiatives, streamline operational workflows, and boost overall efficiency. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and external vendors to ensure alignment and seamless execution of key efforts. Your responsibilities will include driving outbound campaigns that generate new business, identifying opportunities to refine processes, and accelerating marketing growth. With a data-driven mindset and a passion for measurable outcomes, you will generate reports, deliver actionable insights, shape strategies, and implement impactful optimizations to achieve outstanding results.
Responsibilities:
Oversee and maintain the marketing technology stack, ensuring seamless integration, functionality, and alignment with business objectives.
Streamline workflows and processes across marketing, SDRs, and sales to enhance efficiency, scalability, and effectiveness.
Collaborate with internal teams to refine customer personas and market segments, enabling effective nurturing campaigns, lead scoring, and sales alerts.
Manage lead and account enrichment, scoring systems, and qualification processes to ensure data accuracy and relevancy.
Manage and optimize Asana (our task management tool) to effectively organize marketing projects, streamline workflows, and coordinate tasks, ensuring seamless collaboration and efficient internal operations.
Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and provide actionable insights for optimization.
Develop dashboards, reports, and analyses to support data-driven decision-making across marketing and sales teams.
Lead process automation initiatives to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual tasks.
Stay current with the latest trends in marketing automation technologies and recommend innovative solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years in B2B SaaS, with demonstrated expertise in marketing operations/ automation and CRM management.
Strong expertise in ABM strategies and best practices, with hands-on experience managing ABM tools (e.g., 6sense, Terminus) to deliver targeted and high-impact marketing campaigns.
Proficient in managing tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce CRM, and data enrichment platforms.
Comprehensive understanding of current marketing technologies, AI tools, and automation trends.
Familiarity with database management, data integrity ( duplication management and cleaning processes), enrichment processes, and platform integrations.
Strong analytical skills, with expertise in creating Salesforce reports and dashboards, and leveraging BI tools such as Power BI and Looker to deliver insightful reporting and in-depth analysis.
A proactive problem solver with a creative mindset to bring new ideas and learn new systems.
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent written and spoken English.
