We’re looking for a Senior Marketing Automation Specialist to join our Global Marketing Operations & Automation Team. This is a hands-on, strategic role focused on building and optimizing email campaigns, landing pages, and automated nurture journeys using Marketo.

What You'll Be Doing:

Plan, build, and execute marketing campaigns across email, webinars, and paid media
Develop and test landing pages and forms
Create automated nurture programs to support lead funnel progression
Manage audience segmentation for targeted marketing initiatives
Collaborate with marketing, demand gen, customer success, and business ops teams to ensure high-quality campaign delivery and performance

What You Bring:

3–5 years of experience in marketing automation, with a focus on email campaigns and nurture flows
Deep proficiency in Marketo
Strong understanding of A/B testing, dynamic content, and analytics
Excellent organizational and project management skills
Bonus: Experience with Salesforce, a collaborative mindset, and a passion for learning
