Marketing Automation Specialist

We’re looking for a Senior Marketing Automation Specialist to join our Global Marketing Operations & Automation Team. This is a hands-on, strategic role focused on building and optimizing email campaigns, landing pages, and automated nurture journeys using Marketo.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Plan, build, and execute marketing campaigns across email, webinars, and paid media
• Develop and test landing pages and forms
• Create automated nurture programs to support lead funnel progression
• Manage audience segmentation for targeted marketing initiatives
• Collaborate with marketing, demand gen, customer success, and business ops teams to ensure high-quality campaign delivery and performance

What You Bring:

• 3–5 years of experience in marketing automation, with a focus on email campaigns and nurture flows
• Deep proficiency in Marketo
• Strong understanding of A/B testing, dynamic content, and analytics
• Excellent organizational and project management skills
• Bonus: Experience with Salesforce, a collaborative mindset, and a passion for learning
