Marketing Automation Specialist

We are seeking a talented Marketing Automation Specialist to join our dynamic team in the forex/gaming industry. The ideal candidate will leverage cutting-edge automation tools to drive engagement, optimize campaigns, and boost player acquisition and retention.
 
Responsibilities:
· Manage and optimize marketing automation platforms such as optimove.
· Develop and implement data-driven, automated marketing campaigns across multiple channels (email, SMS, push,social media)
· Create segmented audiences using SQL queries for targeted marketing initiatives
· Design and execute personalized customer journeys to enhance player engagement and retention
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing automation strategies with overall business goals
· Analyze campaign performance, generate reports, and provide actionable insights to improve marketing effectiveness
· Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in marketing automation for the gaming and forex sectors

Required Qualifications:
· Background in Marketing, Sales, Retention or related field
· 2+ years of experience in marketing automation, preferably in the casino or forex industry(a big advantage !!)
· Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Journey Optimizer, HubSpot, optimove is an davantage)
· Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and interpretation
· Knowledge of SQL for audience segmentation and data manipulation
· Excellent knowledge with HTML/CSS for email template customization
· Excellent communication and project management skills
 
Preferred Qualifications:
· Experience with AI-powered personalization and predictive analytics
· Knowledge of programmatic SEO and voice search optimization
· Familiarity with AMPScript or similar scripting languages for advanced personalization
· Understanding of data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) and ethical marketing practices
