The Role:
Join the J&J Talent Acquisition team and lead end-to-end recruitment across Israel, with opportunities to support additional EMEA markets (Belgium, Netherlands, Switzerland, Greece, and more).
Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end recruitment for internal and external hiring.
Partner with hiring managers, HR and business leaders to deliver recruitment solutions.
Develop sourcing strategies and attract top talent through multiple channels.
Recruit across Commercial, Supply Chain, R&D, Operations and corporate functions.
Manage job postings, candidate assessment, interview and offer processes.
Provide talent mapping and market insights to support business decisions.
Ensure compliance with recruitment standards and contribute to TA best practices across the region.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree (Master's – advantage).
6+ years of end-to-end recruitment experience, preferably in product-based or commercial organizations.
Experience recruiting across multiple business functions.
Strong sourcing skills and experience engaging passive candidates.
Fluent Hebrew and English.
Experience with Workday Recruit or similar ATS – advantage.
Experience using AI tools in recruitment – advantage.
Experience in a global environment and multi-country recruitment – advantage.
Location: Yokneam (Hybrid)
Travel: Occasional travel to Shefayim and Ness Ziona.
