If you have a strong commercial mindset, a hands-on approach, and experience managing international digital activity from end to end, we want to hear from you.About the Role:As an E-commerce Operations Manager, you will be at the heart of our digital growth, overseeing the day-to-day operation of our Shopify stores. This includes managing catalogs, pricing, content, and promotions, alongside monitoring inventory, orders, payments, shipments, and returns. You will analyze sales trends, track KPIs, and identify new opportunities to drive repeat purchases and improve website performance. You will collaborate closely with our Global E-commerce Manager, Digital Marketing Manager, and Amazon agencies to ensure all digital activities align with our international strategy, while also managing customer service to ensure an excellent experience for our global clients.Why Biotop:Biotop Professional is a growing Israeli company and a leading professional haircare brand.
