What You’ll Do
Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience, and drive growth.
Lead the development of Neema’s products from concept to launch.
Collaborate closely with various teams (R&D, design, compliance & risk, data, finance, marketing, operations, bizdev, sales, CS, and more) to understand the company's needs, and make it happen.
Coordinate the successful roll-out of new products and features to production.
Identify, design, experiment, and iterate on product decisions by leveraging data and evidence gathered from customer usage and interviews, market research, and usage/adoption metrics

We're looking for:

4+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of successfully launching and managing B2C/ B2B products. Fintech is an advantage.
Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable product plans.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills both in Hebrew and English, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Experience working in a dynamic, fast-paced, agile environment.
Passion for technology, innovation, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
