Are you a hands-on technical leader who thrives on solving complex challenges, managing production environments, and leading high-performing teams?

We're looking for an experienced Technical Support team lead to join a leading technology-driven organization and take ownership of critical technical operations in a dynamic SaaS environment.

?? 80% Hands-on | 20% Team Leadership

?? What You'll Do:

Lead and mentor a team of 5 technical specialists.
Troubleshoot complex production issues and manage critical incidents.
Lead technical integrations and customer implementations.
Collaborate closely with R&D, Product, and Customer Success teams.
Drive production monitoring, automation, and operational improvements.
Oversee 24/7 NOC operations and ensure system reliability.

Requirements:
What We're Looking For:

3+ years of experience leading technical teams.
5+ years of hands-on technical experience.
Strong knowledge of AWS, REST APIs, SQL, logs, and cloud environments.
Proven experience in Production Support, troubleshooting, incident management, and technical integrations.
Experience with monitoring and automation tools.
Strong problem-solving skills, ownership mentality, and excellent communication abilities.
