IT Specialist

We are looking for a hands-on, proactive, and service-oriented IT Specialist to join our growing team.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing end-to-end IT support, both onsite and remotely, while maintaining our day-to-day IT operations, infrastructure, and employee technology experience.

You will work closely with employees, vendors, and internal teams to ensure a secure, reliable, and efficient IT environment, while supporting our security and compliance processes.

Key Responsibilities

Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 IT support for Windows and macOS environments, including hardware, software, and user-related issues.
Manage employee onboarding and offboarding, including device provisioning, account setup, access permissions, and secure equipment returns.
Administer Google Workspace and Microsoft 365, including users, groups, MFA, SSO, and access management.
Deploy and manage endpoint devices through MDM solutions, including encryption, patching, and security policies.
Maintain office IT infrastructure, including Wi-Fi, switches, VPN, firewalls, meeting room equipment, and peripherals.
Manage IT assets, software licenses, hardware procurement, and vendor relationships.
Troubleshoot network and connectivity issues and coordinate with external service providers.
Support IT security controls, compliance requirements, and continuous improvement of internal IT processes.
