User Acquisition Manager

We're scaling Rogue Legend, our fast-growing mobile RPG, and we're looking for an exceptional User Acquisition Manager to join the team and help take it to the next level.

Pocket Haven Games is a fast-growing mobile game studio focused on building and scaling hit games. Our flagship title, Rogue Legend, is a mid-core RPG / roguelike available worldwide on iOS and Android, with millions of downloads and a rapidly growing player base.

This is a hands-on role with significant ownership. You'll be working directly on one of our biggest titles, managing major acquisition channels, scaling what works, and helping shape the creative strategy behind our campaigns.

What you'll do

• Run and scale paid UA on Meta and TikTok. Launch, optimize and scale campaigns using value and ROAS-based bidding, event setup and audience testing.
• Grow our DSP and other acquisition channels. Manage networks such as Moloco, Liftoff, Mintegral, Unity, ironSource and others. Test new sources and scale the ones that perform.
• Own performance day to day. Track ROAS (D1 / D7 / D30), retention, CPI, cost per payer and other key metrics, and make data-driven decisions across channels, GEOs and campaigns.
• Keep traffic quality high. Identify low-quality publishers, fraud and underperforming GEOs early and take action.
• Stay on top of the creative landscape. Follow competitors and market trends through tools such as Meta Ad Library, TikTok Creative Center, Sensor Tower and AppMagic, and identify concepts and formats that can work for us.
• Turn insights into creative briefs. Translate performance data and market research into clear briefs covering concepts, hooks, references, formats and more.
• Own creative testing. Run structured tests, analyze results and continuously feed learnings back into the next round of creatives.
• Share insights with the team. Communicate clear findings, opportunities and recommendations to help drive growth.

What we're looking for

• 2+ years of hands-on mobile UA experience, ideally in mobile games.
• Proven experience scaling Meta and TikTok campaigns with ROAS / value optimization.
• Experience with DSPs or programmatic networks such as Moloco, Liftoff, Mintegral, Unity or ironSource.
• A strong creative eye and the ability to understand why an ad works and communicate that clearly to a creative team.
• Strong understanding of cohorts, LTV, ROAS and retention, with a highly data-driven approach.
• Experience working with an MMP such as Singular, AppsFlyer or Adjust, including knowledge of SKAN and ATT.
• Fluent English and strong communication skills.
• Experience with Asian markets such as Japan, Korea or Taiwan is a plus.
