Partake builds F-PaaS, a platform that manages the full credit lifecycle, from loan application to loan closure. Non-bank lenders in Israel use it to run mortgages, business loans, project finance and consumer credit. Our team works from Israel and Bulgaria.
We're looking for a Client Delivery Manager to take our clients from contract signing to confident, everyday use of the platform, and to shape the way we implement it.
What you'll do
Own the day-to-day relationship with a portfolio of lending clients and spot opportunities to expand the account
Run discovery with each client, map their credit processes (application, underwriting, collateral, loan servicing, borrower portal) and translate them into system requirements and configuration
Lead onboarding and product setup: implementation plans, milestones, risks and dependencies, through go-live and stabilization
Plan and run data migrations for new clients: data mapping, pilot, validation and cutover
Build the methodology behind our discovery, onboarding and product setup process, and keep improving it
Consolidate requirements across all clients and plan the content of Salesforce releases together with Product
Work closely with Product, R&D, QA and Support, and set priorities with the client when demands compete
Track contract milestones and retainer usage, and prepare the monthly billing for approval

Requirements:
5+ years of experience in a similar client-facing delivery or implementation role, including 3+ years managing B2B SaaS projects with clients
Experience in fintech, credit or mortgage environments
Hands-on experience with Salesforce and a deep understanding of how it works: its data model, process flows and automation logic, as well as its development and release processes
Advantage: experience leading data migrations and working with Jira and Confluence; a relevant B.A./B.Sc. or PMP certification
