App User Acquisition Manager

Requirements:
5+ years of experience in mobile user acquisition, performance marketing, or growth marketing, including extensive hands-on experience with Google UAC and iOS campaigns.
Experience scaling a Subscription product from scratch, including funnel development and acquisition strategy.
Proven experience managing large-scale mobile acquisition campaigns and budgets.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn complex data into clear, actionable decisions.
Hands-on experience with performance optimization, experimentation, and growth strategy.
A strong understanding of mobile user acquisition and the key drivers of app growth.
A curious, proactive, and resourceful mindset, with a strong appetite for testing and finding new opportunities.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to challenge assumptions and find solutions where others see obstacles.
Experience adopting AI tools to improve workflows and productivity, from Claude Code to custom MCPs.
Experience developing creative strategies for high-scale campaigns across multiple geographies and languages.
Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Fluent English, both written and spoken.
Experience with Mixpanel is an advantage.
