Key Responsibilities
Develop high-performance web applications using React, Next.js, Node.js, and NestJS.
Integrate generative AI capabilities into user-facing applications.
Implement and optimize database schemas for traditional and vector databases.
Contribute to architectural decisions and technical planning.
Ensure code quality through testing and best practices.
Mentor and grow junior and mid-level engineers through code reviews, 1:1s, and knowledge sharing.
Collaborate with Product and Design teams to translate requirements into technical specifications.
Drive technical debt reduction and proactive refactoring initiatives.
Define and enforce coding standards, PR review processes, and documentation practices.
