Full Stack Engineer

Comblack is hiring a Full Stack Tech Lead for a large organization in Tel Aviv! The role includes managing and providing technological leadership for web development teams, hands-on work across the entire development lifecycle, establishing architecture and development infrastructure, authoring technical specifications, conducting code reviews, setting professional standards, mentoring and guiding developers, managing tasks and code quality, alongside developing complex systems using .NET, Node.js, React, and AWS cloud environments.

What are we looking for?

• At least 10 years of overall experience in software development, including at least 6 years in software development
• At least 5 years of experience as a Development Team Leader managing at least 5 developers, with at least 3 years in technological leadership and guidance
• At least 5 years of experience in C# development and hands-on work with Entity Framework, including in-depth architectural understanding, maintaining existing systems, and developing new systems
• At least 5 years of experience in Node.js, NestJS, TypeScript, and React development, including work with ORM libraries and in-depth architectural understanding
• At least 2 years of experience working with cloud environments, with an emphasis on AWS services such as ECS, Lambda, S3, and Cognito
• Experience working with Agile methodology, familiarity with deployment processes across testing and production environments, conducting detailed design, and performing code reviews
• Experience developing complex systems handling performance, high loads, and permissions, utilizing best practices and advanced design patterns

Location: Tel Aviv | Work Model: Hybrid, 1–2 days subject to approval and following an onboarding period.
