Senior Full Stack Development Team Lead

We are looking for an experienced Senior Full Stack Development Team Lead to lead a team of developers, drive technical excellence, and oversee the design, development, and maintenance of complex software systems and web applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and provide technical guidance to a team of at least 5 developers.
• Oversee the full software development lifecycle, from requirements analysis and technical design to development, testing, deployment, and production.
• Lead the architecture, development, and maintenance of new and existing systems.
• Drive technical decisions, establish development standards, and ensure code quality through code reviews and best practices.
• Work hands-on with modern technologies, including C#, .NET, Entity Framework, Node.js, NestJS, TypeScript, ORM libraries, and React.
• Design scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions using advanced design patterns and architectural principles.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical specifications, development processes, and project timelines.

Requirements:

• At least 10 years of experience in software development.
• At least 5 years of experience as a Development Team Lead, managing and mentoring a team of at least 5 developers.
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience with C# and Entity Framework, including software architecture, maintenance of existing systems, and development of new applications.
• At least 5 years of experience with Node.js, NestJS, TypeScript, ORM libraries, and React, including architecture, maintenance, and development of new systems.
• At least 2 years of proven experience working with cloud environments, particularly AWS and services such as ECS, Lambda, S3, and Cognito.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, performance optimization, scalability, and security.
• Experience working in Agile development environments.
• Proven experience in technical leadership, detailed design, code reviews, and hands-on problem-solving.
