We’re looking for a data-driven and detail-oriented Analyst to join our Sales department at Pango for a temporary position (maternity leave replacement). This role is a great opportunity for someone with hands-on experience in data analysis, who’s passionate about improving service operations through insights and collaboration.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Economics, Business, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, or related disciplines).
1–2 years of experience working in a Business/Data Analytics role or related field, preferably in service or sales environments.
Strong Excel skills and proficiency with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
Proficiency in SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis.
Strong organizational and analytical skills.
Excellent communication skills, including presenting complex data and insights clearly and concisely.

Responsibilities:

Generate and maintain reports on key service KPIs such as response times, customer satisfaction, customer attrition, and more.
Build and maintain dashboards and visual reports using BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
Monitor trends, identify gaps, and provide actionable insights to improve performance.
Analyze budget performance, flag deviations, and support corrective actions.
Prepare monthly and quarterly business reviews and presentations for senior management.
Collaborate closely with service managers and conduct weekly site visits to gather field insights.
