HR manager (Maternity Leave Cover)

Were looking for a talented and people focused HR manager to join for a 7 month maternity leave cover. This is a unique opportunity to become an integral part of our Global HR team, gain exposure to a dynamic international tech environment, and make a meaningful impact on the employee experience.
You will work closely with employees and managers across the organization while supporting key HR operations, programs, and processes. This role combines hands-on HR support with operational excellence, making it an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys both working with people and driving impactful HR initiatives.
The day-to-day:
Support employees and managers on HR-related matters throughout the employee lifecycle.
Work closely with the divisional HRBPs to support business needs and initiatives
Manage onboarding, offboarding, leave management, internal mobility, employee data updates, and other HR-related processes.
Conduct onboarding check-ins and employee conversations to support a positive employee experience.
Manage and maintain employee data within our HRIS, ensuring accuracy and compliance while generating reports and insights.
Coordinate and support global HR programs and annual people processes.
Assist with HR communications, documentation, workflow management, and employee records.
Partner with the broader HR team to identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiency.
Help ensure a seamless, high-quality HR experience for employees and managers across the organization.
