Job Description/Preferred Qualifications :
- The Customer Acceptance (CA) team plays a critical role in driving customer success. The team is responsible for the full qualification and on-time delivery of KLA tools to leading semiconductor customers worldwide, including Intel, Samsung, TSMC, and others.

Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and execute tool qualification in accordance with customer specifications and acceptance criteria
- Perform comprehensive data analysis and manage large, complex datasets to support qualification decisions
- Proactively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve HW, application, and quality issues
- Drive execution within predefined schedules, ensuring alignment with customer expectations and delivery commitments
