Job Description/Preferred Qualifications

• Lead tool qualification activities in accordance with customer specifications, acceptance criteria, and delivery requirements.
• Perform comprehensive data analysis using large and complex datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and performance issues.
• Investigate tool, application, and quality-related issues by analyzing system behavior and determining the most likely root cause.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering, Applications, Manufacturing, Quality, and Service teams to drive issue resolution and continuous improvement.
• Generate clear and actionable insights to support product qualification, decision-making, and process optimization.
• Manage qualification milestones and ensure execution aligns with customer expectations and delivery schedules.
• Utilize multiple software applications and systems to collect, analyze, and present data effectively.
• Prepare and communicate qualification results, findings, and recommendations to internal stakeholders.
  
  

Minimum Qualifications

• B.A. / B.Sc. in Information Systems, Statistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience with data analysis tools such as JMP, Python, Power BI, or similar platforms is an advantage.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and the ability to work effectively with multiple software systems and tools.
• Ability to work with and analyze large and complex datasets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High level of English proficiency, both written and spoken.
• Strong analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to identify patterns, anomalies, and potential root causes within complex datasets and system behavior.
• Fast learner with the ability to quickly adapt to new tools, technologies, and processes.
• Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional environment.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform under pressure while meeting tight deadlines.
