The Global Operations (GOPS) team, comprised of Manufacturing, Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Installation and Quality, builds our leading-edge technology. GOPS partners with KLA's global supply base and design engineering teams to develop new products, working continuously to build better, faster and more cost-efficient solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

The Customer Acceptance (CA) team plays a critical role in ensuring customer success by leading the qualification and delivery of KLA systems to some of the world's most advanced semiconductor manufacturers, including Intel, Samsung, TSMC, and other leading customers.

The team is responsible for validating system performance, meeting customer acceptance requirements, and enabling on-time tool delivery while maintaining the highest standards of quality and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute tool qualification in accordance with customer specifications and acceptance criteria
• Perform comprehensive data analysis and manage large, complex datasets to support qualification decisions, drive informed decision-making, and ensure compliance with customer requirements.
• Proactively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, application, and quality-related issues, minimizing risks and ensuring successful tool acceptance.
• Drive execution of qualification and acceptance activities within defined schedules, ensuring on-time delivery.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, manufacturing, quality, and field teams to resolve technical challenges and accelerate issue resolution.
• Ensure all qualification deliverables are completed with a strong focus on quality, accuracy, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence.
  
  

Minimum Qualifications

• BA/ Bsc in Statistics/Information Systems, Practical Engineer in Electronics or a related field– an advantage
• Strong proficiency in Excel; experience with JMP and Python – an advantage
• High level of English proficiency (written and verbal)
• Shown ability to work with and analyze large datasets
• Fast learner with a strong analytical perspective
• Team player with strong collaboration skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
