Operations & HR Manager

As our Operations & HR Manager, you'll bring the right people into our company and keep everything behind the scenes running like clockwork, across both our Israel and US teams. Half your time is finding and closing talent globally; half is owning the operational backbone that lets everyone else move fast. You'll report directly to the CEO and have real influence over who joins the company and how it runs day to day.
What you'll do
Own hiring end-to-end across every role, department, and location (Israel and US): defining profiles, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates, including passive candidates for our hardest-to-fill roles.
Represent our company to every candidate, shape our employer brand, and manage offers end-to-end, from compensation benchmarking to negotiation to a great first day.
Own general company operations across geographies: office, vendors, procurement, and day-to-day admin.
Support legal, finance, and compliance processes alongside our accountants, lawyers, and payroll providers in Israel and the US.
Manage the tools and systems the company runs on (payroll, expense management), improving them as we grow.
