We're scaling fast and looking for a VP Sales to lead our global sales organization. You'll own the day-to-day of a team of Account Executives and Directors of Sales winning against every major player in the quote-to-revenue space. This is a role for a builder. Someone who has scaled sales orgs, who genuinely coaches leaders, and who operates at the pace we run. You'll report to the CRO and partner closely with Marketing, RevOps, Enablement, Product, and Customer Success to keep the motion sharp and the number moving.

Requirements:
* 10+ years in B2B SaaS sales.
* Proven track record scaling a SaaS sales team.
* Deep experience selling to mid-market and enterprise buyers in complex, multi-stakeholder cycles.
* A real coach. You can point to specific leaders you've developed and where they are today.
* Track record hiring and retaining top-tier AEs.
* Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with senior stakeholders across product, marketing, and finance.
* Familiarity with CPQ, quote-to-revenue, RevOps tooling, or adjacent categories is a strong plus.
* Experience working with the US market and across US time zones.
* Hands-on approach.
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Must Have
* Proven track record of quota-carrying sales leadership, not just individual contributor sales.
* Experience building and scaling a sales team through multiple growth stages.
* Consistent history of hitting or exceeding revenue targets over multiple years.
* Experience selling into RevOps, sales leadership, or CRO buyer personas.
* Strong sales strategy, pipeline management, and forecasting skills.
* Pricing and deal-desk judgment.
* Experience hiring and coaching frontline sales managers, not only reps.
* Fluency with CRM and sales tech stack (Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong, etc).
* Cross-functional alignment experience with marketing, customer success, and product.
