Vice President of Sales- Defense Technology

The role focuses on developing and managing strategic relationships with military organizations, government agencies, defense customers, and system integrators worldwide. The VP Sales will engage with senior decision-makers and lead complex sales processes from opportunity identification and business development through negotiations and deal closure.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth in international defense markets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with senior decision-makers across military, government, and defense organizations.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the company's global customer base.
• Lead complex sales cycles, including tenders, procurement processes, product demonstrations, and field trials.
• Present and promote advanced technological solutions to customers and strategic partners.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align sales activities with the company's business objectives.

Key Requirements

• 5+ years of sales or business development experience in the defense industry.
• Proven track record of winning deals with military, government, and defense customers.
• Established network within the global defense ecosystem.
• Experience managing tenders, procurement processes, demonstrations, and field trials.
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to communicate the value of complex technological solutions to senior stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel internationally as required.
