OperationMigdal HaemekFull-timeRequirementsWe are looking for an experienced and service-oriented IT Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and proven experience supporting end-users in a mid-to-large scale organization.Responsibilities:Provide technical support to end-users in an organization of 300+ employeesDiagnose and resolve hardware and software issues on desktops and laptopsManage user accounts and permissions in Active DirectorySupport and troubleshoot Windows 10/11 operating systemsInstall, configure, and maintain printers and related devicesAssist with Office 365 applications and servicesWork closely with other IT team members to escalate and resolve complex issuesDeliver excellent customer service and maintain high user satisfactionRequirements:Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT end-user supportIn-depth knowledge of Windows 10/11 operating systemsHands-on experience with hardware/software troubleshootingProficiency in Office 365 applicationsExperience with Active Directory user managementKnowledge of printer setup and troubleshootingExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsHigh level of English (speaking, reading, and writing)
