Recruiter

We are looking for a Recruiter to join our HR team . In this role, you will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process, ensuring a smooth hiring experience, and collaborating with hiring managers to attract the best talent. This position plays a key role in supporting the company's growth by identifying and hiring skilled professionals across various departments.

What Will You Do
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for various positions within the company.
Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
Work closely with hiring managers to define job requirements and ensure alignment with business needs.
Utilize multiple sourcing channels to find qualified candidates.
Conduct initial screenings and assess candidates for cultural and professional fit.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring teams, ensuring a smooth process.
Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment reports.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
