This is a great opportunity for someone with native-level English, exceptional attention to detail, and experience working with written content, packaging, artwork, or marketing materials in an international environment.
What you'll do:
Proofread and edit English copy for product packaging, labels, digital proofs, and marketing artwork.
Review product descriptions, usage instructions, ingredient lists, UPCs, and other packaging elements.
Ensure all materials are accurate, consistent, and aligned with global brand guidelines.
Review translations against English source files and coordinate approvals when needed.
Edit and annotate Word and PDF files throughout artwork revision rounds.
Maintain and update product and departmental data in the ERP system.
Work closely with Marketing, Product Operations, Design, and other internal stakeholders.

Requirements:
Native English - a must, with outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
At least 2 years of experience in proofreading, copy editing, content editing, or a similar role, either in-house or at an advertising/creative agency.
Experience working with packaging, labels, or artwork - a strong advantage.
Excellent spelling, grammar, and attention to detail.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
Experience with Adobe Reader annotation tools.
Ability to manage multiple projects and revisions while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
Highly organized, independent, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
